I (selfishly) bought a pair of boots last weekend, right after the quake, and my best girlfriend looked at me and said, “You should be giving that money to Japan.” And I looked at her and said, “You’re right. I’m donating to Japan tonight.” I still bought the boots, but how nice of Philip Lim to not force me into that choice!
Wish I could go, but work hours won’t let me. I look forward to your après-Lim post on Thursday!
