Christian Louboutin Poseidon Pumps
Just emerged from the Louboutin sample sale (aka my favorite day of the year). I bought this gorgeous pair of Poseidon 120 pumps (or as my friend calls them – My Little Mermaid shoes) for $325 or approx. 70% off.
For me, buying (or better receiving) Louboutin and Chanel are the best ways to treat myself. The days I get those brands merit celebration so… Bonne Louboutin!
Most shoes were priced around $325, but there were some great $250 shoes sprinkled in as well. Most sizes only had one or two dedicated racks, and sizes 35 and 40+ had the best selection.
If you brave the line (looked like it was at least a 2 hour wait when I left this morning), remember they are checking bags and coats – and it’s pretty warm inside. Also, no cell phones are allowed inside. You need to check your phone with your bag.

Are you a size 39/39.5? I think I saw them as you picked them up this morning! S’ok! I did quite well in the 37-38 land.

It’s invitation only, but I think if you’re going to try to get in without being on the list, your best bet bet is Friday. If you want to try today, then go around 3pm when it’s less crowded. Good luck!
